My Night‑Time Reset Ritual

The products that just make evenings feel better.
Self‑care is something I’ve had to learn to be intentional about. When my girls were little, it felt like an indulgence I wanted but never gave myself permission to have. Looking back, I know I could have carved out small pockets of time — I just filled them with everything and everyone else. So as part of this wellness journey, I promised myself I’d start taking moments to fill my own cup again.

The Products in My Night‑Time Reset
Weleda Skin Food
If Sudocrem and Vaseline had a baby.
Good for: Deep nourishment, dry patches, thirsty winter skin
Finish: Rich, glossy, hydrating
Why I keep it:
This is one of those products that just works. I reach for it when my skin feels tight or dull, and it instantly gives that healthy, moisturised glow. It’s thick, it’s reliable, and it’s one of the few creams that genuinely makes a difference overnight.

Bath Caddy
Genuinely one of my all‑time favourite purchases — it makes every bath feel aesthetic and intentional.
- Good for: Creating a cosy, spa‑like moment
- Finish: Clean, minimal, practical
- Why I keep it: This is the piece that makes the whole bath feel intentional. It holds everything — candle, my Kindle, shower foam — and turns a normal soak into a proper reset.

Epsom Salts — Ocean Breeze
A magnesium boost while relaxing.
- Good for: Relaxation, muscle tension, winding down
- Finish: Softening, soothing, subtly scented
- Why I keep it: A handful of these in the bath and the whole room changes. They soften the water, ease tension and make the bath feel like a proper ritual instead of a quick wash.

UKLash Original Lash Serum
The best my lashes have ever looked and lasts a long time.
- Good for: Conditioning, strengthening, maintaining lash health
- Finish: Clear, lightweight, non‑irritating
- Why I keep it: This keeps my lashes strong, glossy and lifted — my own lashes, but better.

Evenings don’t need to be complicated to feel good. A warm bath, a few products I thoroughly enjoy, and ten minutes to myself is usually all it takes to reset. These are the things I reach for again and again — simple, comforting and part of the routine that helps me end the day feeling a little more like myself.
